We stayed here for the Laconia Bike Week and greatly enjoyed The Glynn House. Breakfast is always wonderful. The innkeepers are friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We recommend Castle of the Clouds, a beautiful, one of a kind, mansion with great views. Franconia Notch and Lost River Gorge offer nice hiking opportunities and views of the rivers and streams. Mount Washington Auto Road is especially fun on a motorcycle - just don't look down as you're going up! It gets quite steep and is practically gravel, but is still quite doable by motorcycle. Coming down is easier going up and using 1st and 2nd gear is fine and doesn't require a lot of braking. Although we didn't find the elusive moose, we really enjoyed our stay and hope you continue to do well!

Our visit was far too short. The Inn and Carriage House are lovely. Your attention to detail makes all the difference. We will just have to come again.
Thank you.

What a lovely weekend! We recommend a walk about town before breakfast. We really enjoyed the scenery, and the delicious breakfast was 'almost' guilt free. Thank you for the hospitality and the fine food.

PS: Our daughter even managed to complete the Mooseman Race in just over 6 hours, which made everything even more perfect!
We discovered this delightful, charming Inn while searching for a room on a route from Attitash Mountain to our vacation destination of Eastham on the Outer banks of Cape Cod. We awoke from our late night check-in to find beautiful gardens, a tranquil environment and a scrumptious breakfast. The Glynn House Inn …a perfect segway from the stunning White Mountains to the dunes of the National Seashore.
