Tell us if you'd like to order one of our "special touches" to complement your stay!
Reservations can be made by phone between 8am and 9pm, or by using our secure online reservation system. We accept Visa, MasterCard traveler's checks and cash. All rates are based on double occupancy. There is a charge of $30 per night, for each additional person 12 years of age and older. There is a charge of $15 per night for children under 12. Children under two are accommodated free of charge. All rates are subject to an 9% New Hampshire rooms and meals tax. High season rates are applicable from mid May through mid September. Peak period rates apply from mid September through end October and during some holidays.
We are a Non-Smoking facility. NH law prohibits smoking inside Inn buildings. Non-compliance will result in a $250 cleaning fee plus any additional costs for lost revenue.
Reservations Policy
Reservations will be guaranteed and confirmed via email. Full payment is required for stays of one night. One night's deposit is required for stays of two to three nights. A two-night deposit is required for stays of four nights or longer. A 50% deposit is required for bookings exceeding four nights. Bookings made within 21 days of arrival must be paid in full. A 30-day cancellation notice is required for Peak period and holiday bookings. We have a $30 per room processing fee on all cancellations. All requests for reservation changes must be confirmed by email.
A two-night minimum applies to some holiday and weekend reservations. Selected periods are subject to a three-night minimum. Please call the innkeepers to see if a two or three night minimum is required.
Guests may check into their rooms between 3:00pm and 7:00pm. Guests who expect to arrive after normal check-in time should make special arrangements with the innkeepers prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy
We impose a strict 21-day cancellation policy, since cancellations impact us significantly due to our limited size. Unless we are able to resell the room - cancellations for any reason with less than 22 days notice - will be charged in full. Late arrivals or early departures are also charged in full. Some peak periods require a 30-day cancellation period. We charge a $30 per room processing fee on all cancellations. Cancellations must be confirmed by email.
